The Treasurer is responsible for preparing and presenting to the board a proposed annual
budget prior to the beginning of each fiscal year and for providing monthly budget status
updates to the board.

The Architectural Review Committee is responsible for reviewing plans for new construction
and modifications to existing homes in Covington Country Club Estates to ensure compliance
with the covenants. In cases where a permissible waiver to the covenants is requested, the
Architectural Review Committee will make a recommendation on approval to the full board.

Architectural Review Procedures
The Beautification Committee is responsible for the board's efforts to enhance the
aesthetic appeal of our community and for the maintenance of CCCEOA owned property and
The Communications Committee is responsible for publishing the CCCEOA Newsletter on a
quarterly basis (or as often as needed), responding to email inquiries, sending
neighborhood alerts and emails and for producing the member directory bi-annually.
The Streets and Utilities Committee is the board's primary liaison to St. Tammany Parish
officials concerned with street construction and repairs and to the various public
utilities that serve our community.
The Zoning and Parish Affairs Committee is the boards primary liaison to St. Tammany
Parish officials on matters concerning zoning and community development. The chairman is
responsible for keeping the board abreast of current issues in these areas.
