Effective July 9th, 2018, our fire district went from a Class 2 to a Class
1 rating. This should result in a reduction in the annual fire insurance premiums of the
property owners in our jurisdiction. They need to contact their insurance agents and make
them aware of this change.
If your residents need a confirmation letter to present, please send a list of those
property owners names and the addresses of the properties that they own in our
jurisdiction. I can prepare a letter.
If your residents meet regularly or can come together for a meeting, please advise and we
can schedule some firemen to deliver the letters to the meeting. Thank you.
