Summary of CCCEOA Board Meeting, July ‘03

1. Received an offer to sell our lot #3 for commercial use again, refused unanimously.
2. There is a Planning Commission meeting on Wednesday August 6, 2003 at Koop Dr. where a request to change the zoning for lot #2 on Azalea (which is next to our “playground” lots), to light commercial, is on the agenda. Please let your board know your position. We plan to attend and voice our opposition.
3. To take care of problem dogs, 1^st call the Sheriff and insist the dog owner be served with a copy of the leash ordinance. If the dog owner doesn’t comply call the Sheriff and fill out a complaint. If the Sheriff’s deputy won’t help you, call for the Shift supervisor.
4. Your board has requested the Sheriff’s department to watch for speeders in our neighborhood. Tickets will be issued.
5. Board members will start canvassing neighbors after August board meeting to get proxies signed and the Covenants approved.
6. Many residents have not paid the 2003 fees. Notices have gone out. Please do your part.
7. The board is considering a more permanent landscaping at the front entrance sign. Multiple bids will be sought.
